[Cook gets out of the government office and is completely floored by the news they give him, but he's a trooper so he keeps on moving. He spends his entire first check on alcohol, drugs, and party hats, then lugs the boxes of goodies back to his brand new apartment. In the common room, he puts on his party hat, takes a pill and switches his feed on. He didn't bother meeting his roommates first because he's too excited about this whole new universe.]
Oy everyone, I'm Cook and you're all invited to room 103 in celebration of my birthday. I'm 17 today so all bets are off, do what the fuck you like. Flush your mates down the toilet, eat grapes off each other, smash speakers over your heads. If partying's a crime, who's going to be arrested first? Let's go fucking mental! [He grabs a beer and half-chugs, half-pours it on his mouth.]

Room 204. Ben had ghosted out of his apartment instantly, running up the stairs and ghosting right through 204's door, not bothering to knock. he was just talking to Klaus anyhow, but they needed to seriously talk.

"Klaus!" he called out, having forgot to leave ghost form. Most people can't see him in ghost form, unless he lets them. Klaus will just see him like he normally would, like nothing had changed.

"Hey, where are you?" He said from the main door of the apartment, waiting for a split second before stepping in further. He was excited to hear his stupid brother on the anon thing, but he was more excited to get to see him again.

He showed up at her door, dressed in a casual black and his hoodie, but donning red converse for a splash of color. he'd taken to the color red more lately, completely Rikki's fault. The other thing that was a splash of color was the big box in his arms, that had a red ribbon tied around it and a bow on top. It was just a standard shipping box, but it filled the crook of his arm as he made it to her door. He didn't ghost in for a change, but knocked.

He was a bit cleaned up, hair combed back and neat. The hoodie was new and though he didn't have his leather coat on he still looked nice in a black button up shirt. Izzy was tucked inside the hoodie hood, just her pink head sticking out and looking over at the world.

Ben stood there, humming to himself. It was a gift, kind of. Also a promise, in his arms. He wasn't sure if Rikki would LIKE it, but he at least could explain why well enough. He'd been in a funk lately, and had been being careless and reckless and he didn't want it to be a problem between them anymore. With Klaus missing he had few left to hold onto.

[It started while he was out in his suit, all leather and armor and ready to fight. Getting his frustration out on thugs and such. He felt the floor fall out from under him and suddenly he was in Eglaf, Florida, Earth 846, being told to CALM DOWN. Calm down my ass. He kicked one guy in the face and hit another in the gut before they sedated him, leaving him in a room for a while. When he woke up, calmer, they drove him to his new place.]
