Prim isn't sure what she thinks; she does know that at least they aren't quite like the Capitol, but that doesn't mean that if they don't do this sort of thing a little too much it might not be a bad thing. The people here, though, seem to be very different from the ones that ran Panem. "I don't think everyone had to come, but I guess I see your point." Prim says, thoughtfully, not sure where she's falling in line at the moment. When you come from a place like District 12, at least for her, there's a bit of learning curve to get used to the things here that are different in a good way, but there could be bad too, she supposes. And taxing doesn't necessarily need to be bad.

Sitting down, Prim finally begins to nibble lightly at her food. "I might hang out with Peter some too." She admits and then considers the question. "It's different than in Panem - it's structured, they have lessons mapped out, goals for everyone to reach and they do their best to help everyone reach those goals even with the other people. There are multiple classes, a lot of people, but not everyone is on the same level, not everyone likes being there, and it's...busy. Sometimes overwhelmingly so, and there's a big mix of different people." Prim shares, continuing to nibble, not sure that she's answered that question particularly well, if she's being honest. The friends, for the most part, that she's made are other people that have come here, not the ones that she goes to school with for the most part, though Prim is pretty friendly anyway.

"Why didn't you go to school?" Prim asks, curiousity getting the better of her.
